Over forty women, each incredible, amazing and inspirational in their own right, showed up to honour their soul purpose and hear Grace McClure’s soul-ful story last week, 16th November, 2012, at the Abbotsford Convent Melbourne. The feeling was warm, gracious and authentic and the feedback afterwards was excellent, many saying they loved it, were inspired and that it was incredibly worthwhile to stop and meditate on what is truly important in your life.
Grace’s story of running marathons, ironman triathlons, achieving TV contracts, being a mother and modelling around the world proved that you can live your dreams, even when they seem impossible. More real beauty coming from the gathering of powerful women was in sharing and listening to their own stories and what they loved to do as children. Grace teaches that this is a major key to unlocking parts of your soul-purpose. Some of these were Chrissie; who started that day to achieve her photography aspirations by taking the seminar photos, Janie, shared her love of riding horses through the Adelaide Hills and mentoring many properties from Outback Australia through Organic Certification thereby valueing Mother Earth and Jo who loved riding bikes as a child and is now the national co-ordinator for female cycling brand Liv Giant.
Guests enjoyed delicious organic fruit platters, tea, coffee and juices with yummy biccies and pastries prepared by the Abbotsford Convent Bakery. Grace called Fiona Miles her ‘angel’, as she helped with the event, always taking care of , prizes registrations, payments and being an all-round super supporter. Deb Stevens , spiritual medium, grandmother, mother and hypno-birthing facilitator shared her own unique perspective on soul-purpose after travelling and studying intensively overseas the subject in recent years.
Julie Parker, self-love queen and blogger was the wonderful MC and the main message that came from Grace is that by listening to your intuition, you will realize how truly valuable and powerful you are and that you can achieve your dreams and fulfill your destiny.
